In January 2018, Inazuma Studios' founder and illustrator Adrian Johnson was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease and has been in treatment and dialysis ever since. He is now one of over 660,000 Americans currently being treated for this disease.

Adrian has pledged to utilize his time and talent to raise funds for American Kidney Fund; which assists patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) with medications, dialysis and treatment if they are unable to afford these on their own.
